  • Overview

    As part of the operations team, the Site Coordinator is responsible for providing full-time on site support of the contract in administering and maintaining the Systems and Networks; Operate and maintain the system to include system hardware and software; Perform analysis to determine system viability and accuracy; correct issues, if possible, log issues and report issues so corrective measures can be conducted; explore, research, and develop methods to expand training opportunities to fully exploit the capabilities of the system; coordinate and de-conflict training events and schedules so the training objectives programmed for the system can be achieved. Provide security access control within the secure facility as directed.



    • Power-on and configure the system and associated equipment to meet scheduled events
    • Analyze, test and validate hardware and software to ensure accurate performance
    • Manage and maintain the internal and external computer network domains for the associate systems
    • Identify, resolve as able, and report any systems malfunctions for further analysis
    • Configure and manage the systems alternative capabilities to meet scheduled training objectives
    • Provide system familiarization and operational training to customers and associate contractors
    • Conduct maintenance on the networks, systems, and hardware
    • Perform preventative maintenance on associated AWACS MTC network and system equipment
    • Perform software upgrades on networks, systems, and hardware as required
    • Analyze, test, and validate software upgrades or modifications
    • Monitor and corroborate software concurrency upgrades as scheduled by the customer and engineering
    • Participate in customer software concurrency meetings as required
    • Assist customer with the development of training capabilities and training events
    • De-conflict scheduled events within the assigned facility as required
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Ability to achieve within six months DoD 8570 Qualification IAM Level I (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification)
    • Four years military experience in Aerospace Command and Control
    • Comprehensive knowledge of computers, computer systems, networking and software applications
    • Experience Microsoft Office


    • Extensive knowledge of C4ISR
    • DoD 8570 IAM Level II Qualification (CompTIA CASP or equivalent certification)
    • Relevant Computing Environment (CE) certification in Microsoft® or Linux software
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft® and/or Linux Servers and Desktop Operating Systems



    •  Must be able to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance (SCI Eligible)
